The Team
Our team consists of highly qualified and experienced staff. We have two managers and two deputy managers and all of our staff are qualified to NVQ level 3. We have a dedicated cook and cleaner. Our cook drives our Healthy Eating Program and has been very successful over the years as we continue to retain this continually assessed accolade.
We also have a very low rate of staff turnover in comparison to the childcare sector, which normally has staff turnover. This is a key sign that we run a happy and motivated environment.
